I'm trying to hit 1000 miles this year on my bike, and I find if I set a goal, it makes me motivated to get out there and pedal. As if I need an excuse ;-) Okay, my family will tell you I'm a fitness nut, and it's true. I've always been interested in staying fit and Idaho provides me with so many outstanding ways to exercise outdoors-from cycling to hiking to skiing. And when you're outdoors enjoying the view, it seems less like exercise!
