Hand Carved Walnut Spoons

My husband, Marshall, has been hand carving spoons in the evenings.

He starts with a piece of walnut.

And then he cuts a spoon blank with his bandsaw. The rest of the carving, shaping and sanding is accomplished by hand. Slowly, surely, the spoon that he envisions emerges from the raw wood.

I’m so blessed to be married to a creative person who understands the joy of something hand made!

Cheers,

Judy
