My Version of the Gnarly Knit Hat

 

I just finished knitting this hat using handspun Merino/silk yarn. 

I love the olive/ochre/forest green colors in this yarn.

The Gnarly Hat pattern is by Diana Troldahl.

 I love how stretchy it is, 

so if you aren’t sure about sizing for a gift hat, 

you can get it in the size range and it stretches quite well. 

If you like to knit donation hats, 

this is pattern is a great choice, 

plus it’s just fun to knit.
