Slow Spinning Merino Roving

 Sometimes it’s nice to slow life down 

from using an e-spinner to the gentle pace

 of using a cross arm spindle. 

It’s a peaceful, rewarding way of creating yarn. 

I’m spinning some soft Merino roving

 with my Jenkins’ Aegean holly wood spindle.

 Don’t you just love the violet combined with the olive/ochre colors?
