Simple Sewing-Hair Scrunchies

 I decided to sew a scrunchie for my hair 

after watching a YouTube video on how to do it.

The directions were easy to follow.

I overlapped the ends of the elastic 

and sewed them together using 

a zigzag stitch rather than tying a knot.

I machine stitched the opening closed once I turned it right side out.

It was so much fun that I decided to sew 

quite a few of them in various colors and fabrics.
